Esther 4:14 Ministries offers Teaching on Dreams & Visions, their Biblical Interpretation, Purity in the Prophetic and many other Biblical topics. Our founder has been teaching and preaching Gods Word in Workshops, Conferences, Bible Studies, Church Congregations, Small Groups and One to One Ministry for many years. There are no Biblical topics too basic or too deep to dive into. We love teaching God's Word and helping His children hear and understand His voice!!!

Dream Interpretation
Holy Spirit Revelation and The Word of God are our standard for all Dream Interpretations. We take dream interpretation and prophetic ministry very seriously. We believe that when The Lord speaks to his people it should not be taken lightly. Therefore, Esther 4:14 Ministries' staff do all dream interpretation in person or over the phone. We believe God still speaks to His people through dreams and therefore they deserve our prayer and personal attention. We, at Esther 4:14 Ministries, are only the mouth piece used to deliver a message/the interpretation. ALL INTERPRETATION BELONGS TO GOD according to Genesis 40:8. Most interpretations are received from the Lord right away, but occasionally it will take time. His timing is always what matters most! If not received right away, your dream will have our daily attention and prayer until the interpretation is revealed; so please be patient.

Prophetic Ministry
Esther 4:14 Ministries believes that Prophetic Ministry is a never ending opportunity for growth. For the prophetic minister as well as the recipient of ministry, growth in the Lord should be intentional, daily and endless. We see prophetic ministry as nothing less than revealing the Father's heart for His children. Therefore, we do not take prophetic ministry lightly in any area. Our prophetic protocols are such that our ministers will remain silent when necessary. We do not believe in personal prophecy on demand but as the Lord sees fit to speak. Purity in the prophetic is a core value of Esther 4:14 Ministries, and taught extensively by our founder, Karen Mong.

Intercessory Prayer
Esther 4:14 Ministries believes prayer is essential and a command from the Lord (1 Thessalonians 5:17). Our Intercessory Prayer Team would love to pray for you! For prayer requests please fill out the provided form under the "Contact" section of our website. Our prayer team will be praying over each request daily. Don't forget to keep us up to date on any breakthroughs or changes, so that prayer can be focused appropriately. We are honored to participate and agree with you in prayer. Please only call the ministry with prayer requests for extremely urgent issues. All non-urgent phone calls will be referred to the form in the "Contact" section of our website. The form is dispersed to our prayer team director immediately, for review. You can rest assured, we will be praying!!!
After our workshops and teaching sessions, Karen Mong, our founder, prays for participants and does 1:1 dream interpretation. We will always try to have other members of our prayer team to assist with prayer, as well.

Mentoring
Esther 4:14 Ministries is helping to fulfill the great commission (Matthew 28:19-20) through assisting individuals with hearing the Lord's voice and identifying their calling. We equip those same individuals through 1:1 mentoring which includes: the study of God's Word, Prayer, Prophetic Ministry and Modeling. We are commissioned to help individuals grow in their relationship with The Lord, as all ministry/calling comes out of that relationship. We stress that The Lord does not NEED us to do ministry, but it is an HONOR to be included in His great plan and allowed to participate in any way. Our prayer is that our participants will bless the Body of Christ through exemplary character, humility and understanding of the fear of The Lord.
1:1 mentoring takes time. A LOT of time! At Esther 4:14 Ministries, we do life together, through regularly scheduled times of study, prayer, fellowship and fun. If we identify a calling that we are not equipped to train or only partially able to, we will assist that individual with finding the right source of training. Therefore, we partner with other ministries that carry a variety of gifts and callings.
1:1 Mentoring must be ordained by The Lord or it will fail. This area of our ministry is something that we rely solely on Holy Spirit to bring and ordain. We do not take requests for mentoring at this time but instead wait on The Lord to assign individuals, in the appropriate season. In doing so, we are assured to have relationships that cultivate growth, respect, understanding and agreement. These aspects are imperative to success.
Our Goal of mentoring is to see each individual reach their full, God ordained purpose and destiny. We love seeing individuals surpass their mentors and change the world for Jesus! We don't disciple to bring people into Esther 4:14 Ministries; although some have felt the Lords call to join us. We disciple in order to see other people birth their own ministries. If you desire mentor-ship and believe the is Lord prompting it, keep praying! Trust Holy Spirit to bring the right people, timing and circumstances. He will provide in the right season. Oil & Fire Nights
Worshiping our King in Spirit and Truth is our mission and greatest desire at Esther 4:14 Ministries! Therefore, we hold nights of prophetic prayer and worship several times a year. Providing a place to worship without time constraint is our desire, while pouring out our hearts in before the Father and allowing Holy Spirit freedom to do what He does best: Touch His People! The theme of Oil and Fire was put on our hearts from Matthew 25. We desire all believers to understand the parable of the 10 virgins and the imagery of the lamp, as it relates to the end times and our Bridegroom, Yeshua/Jesus call for His Bride. These nights of worship are free to all who hunger after deeper intimacy with our Lord and Savior. We hope you will join us!
